Sub Adult Grizzly in Grass, Brooks River, Katmai National Park, Alaska

As I wandered the banks of the Brooks River in Katmai National Park, Alaska I came upon this gorgeous Alaskan Brown Bear. His grizzled fur was beautiful. I could tell he had been feeding well on salmon in his preparation for a long winter hibernation. This is the grizzly I had envisioned photographing.
