Few things are more impressive than the sight of a huge bull moose emerging from the bushes. As I stood behind a large tree, my heart racing, I listened to something enormous tearing the forest to pieces. With camera at the ready, I witnessed this imposing creature as he emerged from the dense foliage. Fortunately, his attention was focussed on attracting the cow that followed shortly after him. I was thrilled to be in their presence, alone, witnessing the dance of the rut. what an amazing creature.
