Bison in Thick Fog, Dunraven Pass, Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

While traveling over Dunraven Pass in Yellowstone National Park I experienced a very thing fog. Up the hill from me I noticed a lone bison grazing on the high altitude grasses. As the fog thickened, the mood and mystery of the image grew. Quiet times like this take my imagination to a time long ago. Perhaps I was born several hundred years too late. I hope this image enables you to dream of times when the world was in balance.
